ECT has welcomed some new recruits to its Estates Team.
Alison Wright. pictured left, is the new PA to Property Director Michael Birnie. After growing up in Cirencester, Alison has had a long and varied career – ranging from ad production with a Swindon advertising agency, to Secretary for the High Commission of the Kingdom of Lesotho, and as PA to the Managing Director of one of the world’s largest shipping businesses.
A competitive swimmer from an early age, Alison can still be found in the Leisure Centre Pool from time-to-time, usually attempting to burn off the calories from her other passions of cooking and baking.
Claire McIntosh, right, joined ECT in December as Land Agent. Reporting directly to ECT’s Property Director Michael Birnie, Claire will be responsible for supporting the management of ECT’s property interests. A chartered surveyor, most recently she has worked for Robert H Hicks & Co in Devon. Claire is a keen sports player, and especially enjoys hockey and riding.
Another new face is Nick Lawson, who has been assisting the Estates Team for the past few months. Nick is an MSc Real Estate graduate and joins ECT as full-time Trainee Land Agent in the new year as he continues his training to become a Chartered Surveyor.
Nick will work with Michael and Claire in supporting the ongoing work of the Estates team. Nick is also a qualified airline pilot and is about to qualify as a helicopter pilot.
Clare Blampied, pictured right, joined the Estates Team in December as Property Administrator. Previously she worked for the Residential Lettings & Management team at Moore Allen & Innocent, Cirencester and so brings a wealth of experience in residential tenancy matters and customer relations. Clare enjoys participating in extreme-running events in her spare time.
ECT’s Chief Executive Dr Victoria Edwards said: “We are delighted to welcome Alison, Claire, Nick and Clare to the team. As you can see from their profiles, we might have trouble keeping up with them!”
