We can’t say, because we don’t know. It can be hugely impacted by national politics, world events and local delivery, and the market dictates the sale price at the time.
However, 20 years ago the Trust sold Fairford Leys in Aylesbury, and that was transformational for our charitable work – allowing us to go from giving annual grants of £10,000s a year, to £100,000s, supporting up to 30,000 schoolchildren per year. We can now give away around £2million a year and we have ambitions to significantly grow our charitable work even more.
