Supporting young people for better life outcomes

Our Communities Programme aims to support young people, mainly up to the age of 24 but in some cases up to the age of 30, who are facing challenging circumstances or deprivation. Our priority is to work with young people who are already in contact with a support organisation, such as:
- Young Offenders
- Looked After children and foster families
- NEETs (Not in Education, Employment or Training)
- Probation services
- Young Carers
- Special Educational Needs
- Refugee status
- Obesity and physical health concerns
- Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
We support these organisations by designing and delivering outdoor sessions to help achieve the desired outcomes for each young person in their community. We work with organisations located within a 15 mile radius of one of our estates.
