Farm Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Farm Manager to lead the safe, sustainable and effective management of Low Beckside Farm, our working upland farm in Mungrisdale, Cumbria.

This is a distinctive and varied role combining professional farm management with learning, nature recovery, and partnership working. You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the farm, while working with our Learning team and external partners to create learning opportunities for children, young people and adults through direct experience of a working farm. You’ll share your practical knowledge through demonstrations, farm visits, apprenticeships, research and land-based learning.

We’re looking for someone with strong, practical farming experience and a passion for upland farming and the land; someone who can work collaboratively and is enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge and experience, helping people find purpose and potential through connections to thriving land.
