Dr Zainab Kabba

Zainab Kabba joined the Trustees in September 2024 and chairs the Learning Committee. She is an educator, researcher, and strategist whose work spans organisational learning, evaluation, and social impact. Her approach is equity-oriented, attending both to the everyday practices through which change happens and to the wider systems that shape them. As Founder and CEO of Quotidian Strategies, she works with foundations, charities and other mission-driven organisations on strategy, learning, and impact.
Zainab holds a DPhil in Education from the University of Oxford and has held senior roles across higher education, charities, and social impact organisations. She is the author of an ethnographic monograph on knowledge, authority, and religious formation, and writes and speaks on how institutions learn and adapt amidst social, technological, and environmental change.
